Step 1:  Find a local CAP Squadron - Our squadron is: NER-PA-025 - Allegheny County Composite Squadron 602

Step 2:  Contact the squadron by filling out this form to arrange a visit and connect with a mentor. 

Step 3:  Attend three weekly meetings.

Step 4:  Obtain PA Act 153 Clearances

Step 5:  Complete the Membership Application and FD 258 Fingerprint Card (available at your squadron).

Step 6:  Submit your application, fingerprint card, and dues. Welcome to CAP!

Step 3:  Attend three weekly meetings. On the third meeting, your parents must accompany you to the squadron.

Step 4:  Complete the Membership Application.

Step 5:  Submit your application, fingerprint card, and dues.
